From “Abandonment” to “Zone of Insolvency,” the firm’s Book of Jargon: Global Restructuring® iPhone app is a free interactive glossary of legal and regulatory terminology. The app features a library of more than 1,000 terms specific to the global restructuring and insolvency market. It also allows users both experienced restructuring professionals and those new to the sector to cross-reference different entries with a quick touch of the screen.
